TLDR– We just completed another software update a few weeks ago. Along the way, I had gathered all the new screenshots and decided this should be a USER GUIDE. So here it is.
We introduced support for Powerbar, Cancel, Direct Bulk Sending, and a new Multi Event Landing Page. Yah quite a bit if stuff.
Powerbar – Our paid for product that sits on top of the Free Calendarsnack. Gathers all your snacks into one view. For more check out the above User Guide and download the PDF.
Cancel – If you CANCEL the created EVENT on your Calendar Client, then we CANCEL on the Calendarsnack registry and all of the RSVP’s your customers responded to for that specific event.
BULK RSVP Calendar Invites -This is my favorite and how the product got started. Load up your list in a CSV file with the UID and attach to email. You can do a FREE Test – Send it to BULK@calendarsnack.com. Give it a try. You can send up to 500 a time for trial and testing. You can check out our product catalog here for pricing.
Multi Event Landing Page – Well maybe not the best name. But that it what it does. We stream your last 25 Active CalendarSnacks for easy RSVP. See more here.
Welcome to April, 2020.
Step 1 – Get a Calendarsnack by inviting us on your calendar. When you do, you will receive the calendarsnack for free to your email address. It has a sampler of options on how to promote your event using Landing Pages, Sending Direct, or integrating our 1 click RSVP API Button into popular email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Klaviyo, Zoho, ETC. Its all built into the single CalendarSnack.
Once you get the CalendarSnack, you can explore all the various options you have to promote your event. If the CalendarSnack is not what you wanted, just create a new one on your calendar and try again.

If you end up creating lots of calendar snacks, and want an easy way to see them all in the same place, we created the PowerBar option as a central viewer tool to track and see all the RSVP event data. It can be found in the Info icon of every Calendarsnack. You can see it here. https://powerbar.calendarsnack.com
Quick Update on the CalendarSnack love affair here. We have 5000+ hours in combined team effort with our product development, UI, Coding, Sever less and Headless design in AWS. Crazy Ride with just 3 people on the 2 PizzaTeam. Now comes the sales and marketing. As hard or harder ? Is the baby ugly? We don’t think so. We just released 2.1 of our Big Data solution designed for digital marketing OEM’s. You can use it for free to create and promote your events by sending real calendar invites to track RSVP’s from your customer’s Google and Outlook calendar clients.
Just create a calendar invite in your Google or Outlook calendar and invite us to your event with this email address: email@example.com. We will send you a CalendarSnack notification email with all the information needed to get started.
In 5 seconds I created a CalendarSnack and received the Calendar Code for Web Site Embeds, MailChimp Call to Action Embed, a Calendar Landing Sign up Page and instructions on how to send direct Calendar Invites for the event using a subscribe email address. All of these sending options track Calendar Invite RSVP’s for the event in the CalendarSnack reporting engine.
If you are an OEM and purchase the service provider edition you will have the ability to view the event analytics of the all the RSVP’s for the calendar events in your domain. We can customize this for your brand with whatever domain you want to use for RSVP communications.
This is a completely headless and serverless design. All built on a AWS stack so we can get you up and running in 30 minutes in your AWS account.
There are 100’s of use cases for OEM email marketing platforms and major brands using our technology. As of this blog posting there are 5 Billion mobile phones that have a calendar application onboard. That’s a lot of opportunity to promote and track RSVP’s for your events. You can get the PDF workbook version here for offline. Click Here.
So here is the use case. You have tried a Calendar Snack. You like it and you say wouldn’t be cool if I could upload an email list to send calendar invites to people that want to get direct Calendar invitations from me so I can track the RSVP’s? (Today we support CTA’s in web embeds and in Email vendors like MailChimp and 20+ others. )
We are working on this for our next build for January 2019 release.
So you create a calendar invite on your calendar client of choice – Google, Outlook or Yahoo and just invite us to your event with this email address ->firstname.lastname@example.org< . You will then receive your calendar snack email with all the information in it, including how to bulk upload a small email list for direct calendaring sending and RSVP tracking. Once you upload the list you will be able to review and confirm the send.
