Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I cancel my account?
31Events is a mont-to-month billing process, billed at the beginning of the subscription period.  What that means is, you have use of the system during the billing period, even if you chose to cancel your account. 

You can continue to use 31Events during the current billing period, once pasted, we will delete the account and all the data within it.
What happens to my data?
Once we inactivate your account (after the current billing period), your account and data will be deleted (purged) from our system and can not be retrieved. Any events, reporting or other data will not be available to you or 31Events once the account has been deactivated.
Can my account be re-activated?
Once deactivated, there is no way to re-activate an account. You will need to create a new account, with a new email address (or email us so we can ensure your previous email address can be used again with another account).
