Saving the Date is a selling site for 31Events, a provider of calendar marketing services. 31Events has pioneered the idea of sending calendar invitations instead of email for Live or time-based events. Skipping the process of asking your attendees to “save to calendar”. When you use 31Events, your attendees get a calendar invite, which can be tracked for status – accepted, declined or tentative.

Yes, it is a web-based application. You can either create your events through website, or upload a standard iCal file. Once created, you’re read to send invitations and receive RSVPs. We’ve also have an at-a-glance dashboard to see how many have accepted, declined or tentative.

At the current time, there isn’t a mobile app available for 31Events. It’s on the development roadmap, in the meantime, you can use the web-based application on your mobile device.

We don’t have a trial or free version, we are developing a Single Event version, where you send us the calendar invite, we create it, and send you the embed code, along with update reports.

You can cancel at anytime during prior to your next billing period (month) and not be charged going forward. You can continue using 31Events until the last day of your billing period, after that, we will delete your account.
