Quick Start Guide

Register for an account, or if you are returning, sign in using Facebook, or Linkedin.

Once you have signed up for an account, use the CREATE button to build a calendar invitation. The same calendar invitation can be used as an email templates in platforms such as: Mail Chimp, Exact Target, Constant Contact and several others. In addition the same Calendar invitation can used to develop an embed script for Modal popups and calendar invites for websites.

Create an Event

CREATE EVENT with details filled in. In this example – I have checked the TICKET Option box. This will add an additional step in the next window to fill in some details needed for the Event Ticket.

OPEN EVENTS – MESSAGE PAGE -Details.

OPEN EVENTS – Ticket Preview –
The ticket appears in a separate window for viewing and can be edited prior to sending. In the lower right hand corner is a close box.

OPEN EVENTS –
To PREVIEW the body content of Calendar invite prior to TEST Sending, click on the viewer Icon.

This will present a new window with details of the calendar invite. This is for review only as edits cannot be made in this window.

Sending the Test Calendar Invitation –
Think of the OPEN EVENTS as the staging ground for any calendar invitation. Once you have built your Calendar invitation and added an OPTIONAL TICKET or COUPON, you can now send it out for a test. You can also EDIT, SAVE and TEST again, if needed.

OK – Your calendar invitation looks GOOD! You have reviewed it, made your final edits, and are ready to SEND. Remember we have only done a TEST SEND. We want to “PROMOTE”, the final version to SENT, so we can gain access to the COPY CODE for Email Templates and Modal POP UP’s for Website embedding.
